Birth Control Weight Gain
Hello, I was recently on the birth control implant, Nexplanon. I've had it removed for 3 months and was told it takes 2-3 months for the weight gained on the birth control to drop. I've been monitoring my calorie intake and exercising like crazy. I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression and being discouraged about losing the weight. It Feels like Im gaining MORE weight instead of losing. Do you have a definite answer to when I'll be able to lose the weight?
