Recently, last one year i notice that i am gaining weight very much. But by birth i was a slim and trim guy. I avoided all fast and junck food from my life, but also i am getting weight. I have checked blood pressure and
sugar and cholesterol, those are normal as well.
I am not taking control of my body weight either. Rather it is growing gradually.
I am taking rice bowel once in the morning and lunch and dinner i use to take hand made wheat breads.
Can you please tell me how could i control my gaining weight?
