The best is to add fruits and veggies in your diet .Bananas are rich source off potassium and vitamin A,C and E, bananas are ideal fruit for skin and hair ( they help restore dull and damage hair), vitamin A rich food restores natural oils of skin, vitamin E repairs damaged skin and vitamin C prevents cell oxidation and wrinkles.
So eat food rich in these vitamins and minerals.

Best you eat a well balanced diet -eat whole grains, green leafy vegetables, orange and dark colored vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of fluids.

Rather than taking multivitaminin tablet try to opt fruits and vegetables in diet. Multivitaminin are required in minimum quantity. I won't recommend any multivitaminin without knowing the past history as more does may cause toxicity.
Food which have good sources of minerals and vitamins are better absorbed and won't cause toxicity too.
