Well your answer is Yes and No Multivitamins work partially to uplift your values in your body when you are deficient of certain micronutrients but it’s not absorbed fully just maybe 30-40% is hardly absorbed & hardly 20% utilised so a better way is consuming through natural food sources as our body knows how to process them and utilise them in our body No because you cannot take any supplement for lifetime as it starts leaving behind its residue and if you aren’t doing some serious clean-up if your body regularly like taking of “water enema” , water fasting or waman Kriya it won’t be of any help

To take Any supplement for some duration. And taking multivitamin blindly is not correct. So consult with your Physician and then take it. Forlifetimeas a course of multivitamins are vegetable, fruits, nuts, sprouts. You may take this lifetime.
