Respected sir or mam plz tell me some best brand of a mouth wash for using a. Long term. Used just like 2 mouth which will not make your teeth stain and calculus . And dirty only for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and make your gums teeth healthy plz advised me best mouthwash for that

There is no substitute for good Oral hygiene maintenance like Brushing twice daily , following proper brushing techniques , use of mouthwash shouldnt be a continuous process , because mouthwash causes staining of teeth in long term .

Hi. Daily mouthwash rinse for long duration is not advised. It makes the teeth more prone to get brown stains and discolourations after a period of time.
The right way to use any mouthwash would be to use it for 15-20 days and then discontinue for a couple of months. Using it again once in while for a day or two won't harm your teeth. However long duration of everyday mouthwash use should be avoided.
Start flossing and brushing twice daily for adequate dental health.
Hi Sir,it's really good to see the people having awareness about the dental health. First let me tell you long term use of mouthwash is not advisable because it itself causes stains in your teeth and your tongue and also alteration in your taste sensation.

2. Clean your tongue every night.
3. Gargle your mouth after every meal.
4. Please avoid taking food immediately after brushing(wait for 20 minutes).
