Respected sir or mam I. Want to. Ask. U one question mostly i just recently done my teeth scaling 10 days ago. And mostly I always take care of my oral. Hyginie one of mine dentist prescribed me a chloex ads anti discoloration mouthwash by a Dr reddy brand they told me to. Use it this mouthwash for a month this mouthwash didn't make any stained in a teeth so plz tell me this mouthwash is good to. Use continuesly for a month or should i use this mouthwash after using one time i should gap 2 days or should i. Use this continuesly plz tell

See no mouthwash should be used continuously for more than 15 days to a month whether it's causing stain or not.
If you concern about your oral hygiene brush with soft to medium bristle brush twice a day and warm saline rinse after every meal will help.
