Best Alternative for White Rice
Hi, I wanted to know a better Healthy alternative of white rice, I know we have brown rice, rotis and chapattis but it seems I cannot completely rely on them for a very long time... So, Wanted some healthier alternatives that can replace it from my diet...

Hello. All cereals and grains are rich in carbohydrates, have in moderation only. Quinoa , Dalia, steel cut oats, mixed millets- these can be alternatives for white rice.

You can start millets which are much healthier than roti. If you want you can try daliya ( broken wheat) or Oats.
