Having a big belly is always annoying. Please suggest me practical steps to reduce it. If I diet for a week I tend to overeat other week. How to handle the temptation?

Greetings! Craving is very common when one starts dieting. If your diet consists of adequate protein there will be less cravings. Some remedies for cravings: Drink Water. Thirst is often confused with hunger or food cravings. Eat More Protein. Distance Yourself From the Craving. Plan Your Meals. Avoid Getting Extremely Hungry. Fight Stress. Get Enough Sleep.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Gud morning,pls let me know in detail about if u have any medical issues like thyroid issues,diabetes,high cholesterol etc if yes then specify pls.How's your lifestyle routine r u eating proper healthy home made foods on time,r u exercising or not,do u have any kind of stress,r u getting proper sound sleep in night minimum of 6-7hrs,r u drinking sufficient water more than 2ltrs per day??lifestyle modification is the key to loose extra belly fat.
