Belly fat has increased more
I am 28 yrs old young man , my weight is 76.80 I have started running and walking for  an hr a day but please help me what are the fruits I should eat on daily basis which will help me to reduce the calories and burn the belly fat.

Hi, I understand your concern to lose belly fat along with the exercise that you are what you eat is also important to lose belly fat. Also, core strengthening exercises will in combination with the cardio exercises such walking and running will help in strengthening the core muscles. It's important to focus on your overall calorie intake in a day rather focusing on fruit only.. As fruits are rich in fibre, it will definitely help u in reducing weight ... Seasonal fruits are advised to eat.. U should focus on less sweet fruits...But u need to focus on your full day diet what you are eating how much you are eating, only then u ll be able to reduce your weight and belly fat.
