You can have a banana yoghurt/curd altogether , you may also have it in the form of  smoothie. Mix it with dryfruits, you can have jaggery, and other fruits and you can relish it.

Hi Yes u can Do add some seeds like chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and dry fruits like almond walnuts into your curd For sweetness u can add jaggery pwd. U can also try dates ladoo to gain your  weight
