Hi According to your body statistics you have mentioned your BMI is within normal limits. You have mentionedwheat flour bhakri and rotis I need to know the No of rotis u eat and the quantity of vegetable you have. Twice a week replace the bhakri with oats for breakfast. Have 1 to 2 bhakri for breakfast and have water with half a lemon squeezed at 11am. Similarly reduce the No of rotis u eat to 1 to 2 during lunch. At 3pm have a bowl of boiled vegs) carrot, beans, capsicum, radish with salt and pepper, Have early dinner by around 7.30pm. U need to do abdomen specific exercises to reduce your belly fat.

Hello, To deal with any health issues we need to know root cause of it and then we can cure that from root. For this I need more information about your eating pattern, time, other eating habits, medical issues and it's reports if present, excercise, sleeping habits  etc. We  need to have call for  detail discussion and planning  to cut down fat. You need to add  more of  vegetables as salads, soup in  lunch and dinner both. Should take all kinds of grain atta, all kinds of dal and whole sprouts. Should include low fat milk and it's products like curd, buttermilk.  Should  take 7-8 hrs  undisturbed sleep, Should do meditation 30 mins daily to reduce stress.  And exercise for 30 to 60 mins  4-5 times minimum per week. Above are in general things you can do to reduce belly fat.
