From the day I born till now, my posture is bad. I started doing exercises but my posture is not being better. I try to stand straight but I always forgot to stand like this every time. So can my posture be better now? As I think better posture for me is only in dreams. And if possible plss recommend exercises. Bad posture can be a trigger for my anxiety and headaches.

Wear postural correction belt in day time, do regular warm up exercises, for proper and more exercises visit physiotherapy clinic and perform.exercises under expert supervision .
It takes time but slowly your posture will improve.
As you are 15, stretching is a good way to start.
You could do with some theraband based strengthening. Over loading with weights is not required for your age.
