Backbone curve Shows in xray result
I'M 24 year male. Last day we find a backbone curve from my x-Ray. I have Hard back pain Can you suggest any solution for this problem? If i do physiotherapy can i recover from this problem?

Hi, only back pain with out leg pain can be treated with physio and then core and back muscle exercises. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration which makes your disc dehydrated and in turn more chance for disc prolapse. Hope this helps. Dr Sivaraman Chennai

Back bone curve??? We're exactly it is??? Since how many days ur suffering with it?? If it is progressing then it needs immediate medical intervention... Could be some pathology in the spine... Please send the x rays and we can discuss further
