Backbone pain
I have backbone pain at lower side of back including left leg from waist to toe since last ten years. It pains always while I am sitting or sleeping, After take a pain killer, plain reduces fir a moment, but after 24 hours, it increased. What can I do ?

hello der spondylitis lumbar canal stenosis sciatica should be ruled out consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
