Back pain since 06 months and left leg.
Back pain since last 06 months Attached reports Suggestion of break in right pars interarticularis Of L5 vertebral body with grade I (subtle) anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebral body. Consulted doctors using tablets but still back pain not going.. This requires surgery ? Sir can u plz explain me..

There is lysis with grade 1 lysthesis of l5 over S1 vertebra Considering ur symptoms there would be some compression over the left l5 nerve roots which is causing u radiating pain to left leg..
Next Steps
Start with low back strengthening exercises n avoid lifting weights n bending forward.. u can use LS corset belt while walking n sitting

You have grade 1 isthmic listhesis which can be easily treated with 1)rest for no more than 5 days 2)physiotherapy exercises focusing on core strengthening 3)Avoid back extension activities and lifting heavy weight 4)local heat application and muscle relaxants would be enough Tab tizen 2 mg before bedtime for 5 days Tab zerodol th4 1-0-1 for 5 days Tab pan 40 1-0-0 before breakfast for 5 days

Grade 1 listhesis usually can be managed with exercise and medicines. It depends upon your symptoms and activity level also. Would be better if you can consult with a pain management doctor
