In my opinion it is a muscular pain caused by achieving any incorrect posture the best treatment for this is a new technique known as dry needling done with a help of a sterile needle which stimulate the muscle by going intramuscularly by moving to and fro which relaxes the muscle followed by cold fermentation to avoid any sensation of needle prick after the treatment...get well soon take care
Next Steps
Need to find out physiotherapist who will perform this technique accurately
Health Tips
Cold fermentation is necessary after the treatment
