Stop doing burpees for a week. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for 3 days. You have to sit with good back support. Take breaks in between work. Avoid frequent bending activities and jumping. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic.
Next Steps
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Your technique with burpees is probably wrong with you over aching your back or bending forward to quickly. You will need a physiotherapist assessment to find the structure injured and they would give you treatment for that issue. Get them to also assess your technique.
Next Steps
currently use icing for inflammation with towel wrapping for 15 minutes 3 times per day for 3 days
Health Tips
take breaks every 40 minutes with sitting
