I have lower back pain problem from last 2 years.. it was in control but from last 5 to 6 days my back increases..today I was doing some physical activity my pain increases suddenly and it worsen.. I am facing problem in standing on my own and on walking..kindly suggest what should I do?

1. Do proper diagnosis under a senior physiotherapist
2. Try myofacial trigger release, manual therapy , deep tissue release, even dry needling
3. Sports muscle lengthening , cryotherapy, rehabilitation program
It will be cured only by a physiotherapist mam

Mostly it’s due to motor nerve compression for lower limb for instance if Achirupakkam never entrapped in disc it could lead to this effect so first do assessment with Physio or neuro to evaluate the root cause and some time u may need to take MRI and NCV to find out specific nerve compression and mostly u can treated with medication and physiotherapy management
As per the description above ,
You need physiotherapy treatment followed by physiotherapy assessment and diagnosis.
If you are unable to visit a physiotherapist, you may go for hot pack or hot fomentation for 15 minutes twice a day.
Take some precautions as well like , Avoid forward bending or lifting heavy weights, this can worsen the condition.
Take muscle relaxants
Take hot packs on the part
Not mention about the pain gets radiated down
And check your range of motion
Based on this, plan treatment
Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy treatment for a week.
Hot pack twice a day will help reduce pain.
Maintain proper posture, avoid be ding forward/back, dont lift objects while bending.
Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
Visit a physiotherapy centre for correct diagnosis and treatment.
You can go with hot water fomentation as well and avoid painful activities such as forward bending, lifting be heavyweights that can worsen the condition.
You can even go for back strengthening exercises after consulting a physiotherapist.
