Hi,
From 2 days i have pain in back of my head.
And shoulder muscles problem also.
Head pain is because of shoulder muscles pain ?
Sometimes pain is heavy.

Take tab zerodol sp twice a day after food
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food
For 5 days.

Shoulder nuscle pain can lead to neck pain and headache.
1.a muscle relaxant can help
2.heating pad for 10 minutes thrice a day to shoulder area
3.avoid lidring weights and any heavy activity putting stress on shouder
