B12 deficiency in meat eater
I have a constant b12 deficiency and I am a meat eater. I have tried injections and supplements in the past but i always end up deficient again. I think I have some deeper issue, what can I do about this issue ? It is 191 pg/ml

Gud evening can u pls share in detail about your dietary pattern and lifestyle routine like exercising or not,is your sleeping pattern fyn,do u have any form of stress or not,how much is your water intake per day in liters.
