B12 Deffiency
Is it possible to have B12 Defficiency without having anaemia? If so, should I still be worried? Other than complications that results from  anaemia, please are there other complications of B12 Deffiency?

It is very much possible of having Vit B12 deficiency alone. It will lead to generalised weakness, mood swings, depression and many neurological symptoms depending on level of Vit B12.
Next Steps
Consult general physician and do B12 check if symptoms are there. Take injection for low levels and try to add dairy products and animal proteins(non veg diet).

check on B12 level 3 monthly or 6 monthly if symptoms persists. Prolonged deficiency leads to dangerous neurological problems.
