Hello dear,
The treatment details provided by you here are inadequate to comment, mostly because dose, duration of treatment, adherence, diagnosis etc are various attributes of effective treatment. Hence please discuss these issues with your psychiatrist in person. In some cases mediation may need to be changed because of poor response, but the inference can be made after comprehensive assessment only
