You have co relate your scan report along with hormonal test. As your ultrasound shows , thickened endometrium and multiple bilateral polycystic ovaries , thyroid test is high normal along with high cholesterol , 80% of treatment is in your hands . Change your lifestyle by following healthy diet and regular exercise . As you are young taking drugs can be avoided .
