Consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online and take treatment again. Around 18% of population have anxiety disorder and 5-10% have moderate to severe anxiety disorder. It happens due to altered serotonin in the mind for layman to understand. Medications with CBT lead to good improvement and reduction of symptoms for a better quality of life rather than suffering with the symptoms and living. Good luck.
