Hi... Anxiety can be due to various reasons like physical causes like thyroid problems, and also psychological. However will need further history regarding your condition to give appropriate advice. It can be treated with medicines and relaxation techniques. The key to getting cured is regular follow up with the psychiatrist and taking medicine as prescribed.
Consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online and take treatment again. Around 18% of population have anxiety disorder and 5-10% have moderate to severe anxiety disorder. It happens due to altered serotonin in the mind for layman to understand. Medications with CBT lead to good improvement and reduction of symptoms for a better quality of life rather than suffering with the symptoms and living. Good luck.
Immediately consult psychiatrist he/she will thoroughly assess your condition and prescribe medications and if necessary get/she will advise to go for therapy
