m feeling v.bad from 3-4 months.. sometimes everything feels like depressing,i unnecessarily think about future problems.. if this happens. if that happens, now little things make me worry v.much that was not a problem earlier. now some fight,someone shouting makes me feel anxious,i scares from such situations. as soon as I wake up my anxiety shoots up I feel like sleeping so that thoughts cant come to my mind. what is it doctor? I was a v. happy person. n which treatment I should go for? medicines or what?

What has happened before that period? ?? There is always a reason for some kind of behaviour. Introspect what happened 3 months before.
Sny bad experience or anybody close to has told him something? ??
