What has happened before that period? ?? There is always a reason for some kind of behaviour.  Introspect what happened 3 months before. Sny bad experience or anybody close to has told him something? ?? OR Gas somebody expired I ur family who was very close to you??? Find the reason and if possible  meet a psychological counsellor.

Dear user You seem to be suffering from anxiety disorder. You should consult a psychiatrist. A combination of medicines and psychotherapy will be extremely useful for you. Also some simple tests to rule out common medical conditions causing such symptoms need to be done beforehand.

hi, it'll be nice if you visit a psychologist in your area and seek psychotherapy. do not take medicines unnecessarily. therapy will solve your problem easily and is not addictive.
