Hey
Severe anxiety is the highest level, when you stop being able to think rationally and experience severe panic. You may feel afraid and confused, agitated, withdrawn and you may also find it difficult to think clearly. Your breathing may quicken and you may start to perspire while your muscles will feel very tense.

Any medical problem oftenly cause stress into minds of patient and family members but this is very normal so what is abnormal??
Ans. It is abnormal when ur body shows excessive stress symptoms in the absence of any existing disease or it is out of proportion to the actual effect or dangers possessed by that disease.
Some people most of the time worries that something bad will happen to them or their family members , throughout the day, this ongoing worry is abnormal .
Stress for small time or long time influence many system of ur body like brain, heart , thyroid , blood pressure, musculoskeletal system cognition , emotions , behaviour & many more.
Point is, stress must not be allowed to conquer ur mind for long . It important to get rid of it.
Next Steps
1.Consult any Psychiatrist/ Neuropsychiatrist of ur choice and pls discuss every aspect of ur medical illness, ur fears & worries, ur emotions, ur behaviour ,ur sleep ,ur appetite, ur mood & ur personality.
2.Relaxation exercise are good in controlling stress but its effectiveness depends upon ur diagnosis ,type of stress & its severity .
3.Meditation is another alternative options.
4.Medicines are must if ur symptoms are out of control. Then the above two therapies initially can't help much.
Health Tips
