Yes... It is generalised anxiety.. Excessive worries... Doubts..repeated thoughtz about same... Find out the cause of anxiety.. Kindly test for thyroid too.. . Kindly. Consult psychiatrist for details. Psycho education and insight oriented therapy is needed

It's social anxiety fear of being embarrassed or judged in public places it's irrational but it prevents us from doing important chores as well.
