Anxiety and its associated Memory issue.
I was doing fine with Nexito 5 Mg for years, recently few months before I started getting memory issues like, sometimes suddenly I couldn't recall the things immediately. So I didn't wanted to make it still worse and decided to stop medication. After Psychotherapist advice I stopped taking allopathic anxiety medication  since 2 months. But after stopping the medication I got anxiety symptoms back. And this time I started with Ayurvedic medicine for anxiety and memory booster supplements from Ayurveda. I can see improvements in my memory , But no improvements seen for Anxiety. So i am planning to go back to  Allopathic  for my anxiety symptoms and Ayurveda for memory issues?  Is it good decision or do we have medicines in Allopathic for Anxiety which doesn't cause memory issues, please suggest. Do you want me to continue Ayurvedic medicines  If yes how long do I need to continue it.

I would rather suggest you to consult a psychologist...

Hello, For alleviation of anxiety you can learn a number of therapeutic anxiety relieving techniques such as relaxation exercise, yogic breathing, meditation, or creative therapies. Extreme reliance on medication can assist you in reducing or managing the symptoms without addressing the root cause. You will benefit most with psychotherapy along side medication. Ayurvedic medicines have been found to be helpful in some cases and its best you consult your doctor for the same. Learning to manage anxiety takes some time and effort but the results are long lasting as you learn a life skill. Hope this helps. All the best.
