Anxiety issue
Hello I am 28 and I  am facing anxiety issue from past several months. But I don't know what to do. As I thought within time it will automatically curable .but it's hard to complete my daily routine and unlimited crying. Some time fear ( unreasonable).

Hello! I just wanted to know how you know that you are having anxiety issue? Does doctor or psychologist diagnosed you are having anxiety issue. Dear just sit and do deep breathing for the time being, try to consult with a doctor or a counsellor who can guide you and can help you out in this. Whatever you are saying I am not denying I just want to say don't level yourself that you have anxiety depression or anything else. Sometimes leveling ourselves with illnesses triggers more.

Dear you have severe anxiety actually there is some chemical imbalance in your brain like serotonin dopamine..... But don't worry you will be improved when we are in anxiety than we  cannot pay attention towards work physically represent there but mentally not and before sleeping anxiety increased......... In morning anxiety is low compared to night..... Remember psychiatry is not biological biological is psychiatry when your chemical will come in balance you will be alright.....first consult a homoeopathic doctor for anti anxiety medicine with no side effect and consult psychologist to learn how we can reduce anxiety naturally....

Good day Friend.. I can understand your suitation.  Anxiety is a reflextion of overthinking about past or future scenario in your life. Obviously it may not allow you to perform day to day activities peacefully !!.. Hello should go for counseling session that will help u to get clarity .u will be able deal with it and anxiety initially don't harm that much but with Tim condition become worst.
