Not always.but when I face such emotional shift it's very much hard for me to handle fear, anxiety, and there is absolutely no sleep. After marriage condition turned into worse.I am very calm, positive yet I can't express myself as I think it hurts others.Often it leads to gut disturbance in turn lead to irritation, anger without expression.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you have mentioned it seems like there are times when you feel anxious, and you are not able to sleep well. You are not able to express yourself. It is important to determine what is making you feel anxious. Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel anxious. With a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle, and relationship with your husband and his family. You can also talk about hypothyroidism and PCOS. If certain lifestyle changes are required to manage hypothyroidism and PCOS a psychologist will help you with it. With the help of counselling sessions, you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Hi, According to your information, you are a very positive person, but sometimes you feel you are not able to express yourself, which hurts you internally. As per your medical condition, you are a patient of pcos. Sometimes, in pcos mood swings, feeling sad & emotional is their symptoms only. But if you are too bothered by them, then  consult a psychologist who will help you with proper guidance to overcome these feelings.
Next Steps
Meditation & deep breathing practice will help you till then.

Considering your conditions of hypothyroidism and PCOS, I would suggest you to take up your current mind-related issues with your endocrinologist as well as the gynaecologist. I am suggesting this because both of these conditions of yours are known to show up symptoms like depression, anxiety, insomnia etc. Once you consult them and get necessary medication or dose adjustment, it is likely that your mental health condition will improve. I would also suggest consulting a psychologist simultaneously, to get guided on dealing with the issues.
Next Steps
Please consult your endocrinologist, gynaecologist and a psychologist.
