Anxiety/Drepression/Unrealistic Fear
Hello Doctors, I am getting anxiety/depression/unrealistic fear...these fears very very silly to others. When it comes to my mind, i am not able control those thoughts and converting to fears. Those thoughts are really hurting me, I had this same problem 10 years back (2007 to 2008).. I was not able to concentrate on anything like studies etc..., i had consulted some general physian during that time, i have gone through some medication and it went normal and finally i have completed my studies and with some strugglings i got small job in software industry... While i am doing software job also, sometimes it comes to my mind, some how i used manage without affecting much.. Now in 2018 again same kind of thoughts(roots) are coming to my mind and i am not able to do anything like job, house work etc...No interest.. even if i put  effort forcefully to concentrate also, those efforts thoughts coming in between, i am trying to divert but sometimes not. Your suggestions will save my life...

U need to have complete psychiatric evaluation to know the exact thoughts, its intensity, frequency n effort to neutralise the thought. You also have to take psychotherapy as well pharmacotherapy. So please consult a psychiatrist this time, not the physician.
