Hi, I have anxiety problem one year back and started on 25mg Pari as per doctor advice. I used for 9 months and used 20mg for 3 months and after that 10 mg for 2 months and 5 mg from last 2 months. But from last 2 weeks I started again anxiety symptoms like I got one year back. Not sure what's the reason. Should I increase the dose here? I'm getting like more irritation and feel like hitting someone and fear.
Please advise.

Hello. Anxiety disorder is a condition which requires both medication and therapy. Pari can help with the anxiety however you need to learn ways to cope with anxiety as well.
Next Steps
Please see your psychiatrist for medication optimization and consider starting therapy.

Were you able to resolve the cause of your Anxiety during those period.
I think if you can get to understand the reason and the ways to have it you no more require any medicines.
Please consult your treating Psychiatrist regarding your current symptoms and let them make the adjustments to your medication. Do not experiment by yourself. It is possible you will require changes in your prescription so it is better to consult your treating Psychiatrist as they are familiar with your history.
