Hello doctor, i have lack of confidence. my hands and legs tremble when i meet someone of talk to someone. i feel uncomfortable while going on stages or when giving presentation as i face trembling hands , fast heartbeat and trembling legs. my voice tone changes when i speak in public and heart beat become very fast. please suggest what should i do ?
