Anxiety problem
Hello I have anxiety problem 1 I feel nervous and stress before going anywhere and before meeting with new person and I wish to go many places but due to anxious or stress I avoid going 2 I don't drink or smoke and don't have any other bad habits and don't feel stress, negative, frustrated,tired, anxious and angry due to anxiety and I am very calm and kind person 3 I have gastric issue,sore throat,head heavy when I have these problems and problem comes suddenly this problem cause me anxious 4 After marriage I have night anxiety due to my wife behaviour,he not talk me in good manner and always scolded me and talk me rudely and when I go her near,he said go away and also said main dekh lugi apko and meri zindagi barbad kardi,I don't know why she said this and she is very gusse vali and ziddi hai,their behaviour cause more anxiety in night So I want to overcome from these problems
