Anxiety and panic attacks
I lost my job in July 2018. I had quit after wrongly asking me to pay for a mistake which wasn't mine. But my exit was made derogatory by the company owner as I refused to stay on. Since then I have been jobless. I have a family - wife and a 8-year-old child, and am low on financial resources. I have tried but haven't got a good job. My salary was very good earlier but now it's tough. So I get panic attacks in the night. Just as I catch sleep I get up in panic and anxiety attack. I am fearful about the future, sweat, tremble and always get motions. I deal as if I will get a heart attack and die. I feel breathless. The fear is extreme and I am not able to compose myself back, and go sleepless. I have very low self-esteem after jobloss, low confidence and lack emotional support system. I have cut off from my friends as I find them to have become too selfish and mean. I waste my days wondering what to do. And I panic in nights with a sense of having not done anything worthwhile. Pls help.
