I suffer from anxiety and I had not sought for help. Now gradually my anxiety is leading to depression I think because I am not being able to function in daily life without thinking of giving up altogether. I feel cranky and nausea is a continuous problem. I believed that I shall eventually get used to my stressful work life but with time it is only getting worse. I am even having suicidal thoughts and it is making me scared.
