There must be some persistent thought that keeps you depressed, check on your triggers and why are you feeling bad.is there a recent lifestyle change, has someone acted badly  direct or indirect emotional abuse anything can keep you up. Any counselor would need a bit of more details before helping you share a elaborate explanation. till then try to find the reason of your worry any possible solution to that situation/problem.if you can not solve on your own seek professional help. Practice deep breathing, take some time out of walking and doing anything you like as some long lost hobby.

Hi, Anxiety is mostly bad during mornings. You maybe feeling Nausea, and irritated which disturbs your whole day. My suggestion would be to connect with Psychiatrist or Psychologist and understand your case with them, than create an action plan and get out of this situation. It is equally painful as any other issue in body. Thank you
