Hi... Tryptomer is used to treat anxiety.. but it's very low dose. It's unlikely the symptoms are due to the medications you are using... As you were not having the same for past 10 months. Mostly any side-effects due to medicines start in the initial days of using them and get adjusted to them with time. Hence the above symptoms could be due  to any other reasons.
Next Steps
consult for further evaluation and management

You need to check your blood pressure.. As far I know Concor 5 tablet contains Bisoprolol, which usually never prescribed for Anxiety. So please check with your doctor, might have prescribed for some other reason. Tryptomer 10 can use in anxiety, but since you are having above mentioned problems; you should taper it.. try to take Tryptomer 10 mg half tablet in night..
Next Steps
Decrease dose of tryptomer and check with physician for Bisoprolol..
Health Tips
Please watch on your Blood pressure
