Yes sometimes some vitamins deficiency can cause  anxiety n depression , nothing to worry it will be cured by appropriate medicines , you just need to follow healthy lifestyle , and take all kind of fruits and vegetables in your diet

less of vitamines in body may lead to symptoms similar to Anxiety and depression but they will have other features of deficiency as well. you can also evaluate vitamine deficiency in your body thru certain blood tests (also available online)

Hello, Vitamin loss leads to tiredness,weakness these are one of the symptoms of anxiety n depression...only these cause will not lead..how many days it happen n mood.
