Anxiety and blood pressure
My age is 32, I am having anxiety issue since last 4 years.sometimes I feel ok but sometimes I feel very panicked and feeling uneasy most of the times.recently I have checked bp it shows 150/100 in 2 days.i am anxiety tablet very rare when i feel difficult. I need to take bp tablet aslo?? Please give the clarity.

Your BP is high. Please monitor your BP regularly. High BP can also cause panic attacks.

First you need to control anxiety as if anxiety is not controlled then blood pressure may high because of it So once anxiety gets controlled and even though blood pressure high then you need to take medicine for blood pressure Also don’t check your self Go to clinic or hospital and then take 15 min rest and then checks it

As of now you start medication for anxiety and wait for hypertensive medication

Yes both the medications are required. Only if bp is high during anxiety episodes you can wait for bp medication. And u need to continue your anxiety medication.
