Antioxidant sources

I want to know different sources of antioxidants which does not have adverse side effects, other than green tea as i got to learn that it has many side effects specially to women, if consumed too much. Please suggest.

No, antioxidants has many of his types. Antioxidant react differently in different body as per maximum survey or studies. Fruits like berries or boiled potatoes has good antioxidant quality than any other foods.

Hi there.. you can have green tea once in a day it's good in antioxidants.. other than that have vitamin A, vit C and vit E rich foods as these vitamins are having antioxidant property in our body.. Deeply pigmented fruits like cranberries, blueberries, plums, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, figs, cherries, guava, oranges, mango, grape juice and pomegranate juice
