Hello!
Avoid spicy foods for a week.
Eat green leafy vegetables,and fruit as one meal for at least a weej in regular basis.
Avoid drinking too much water half an hour before amd after meals(to avoid acid reflux).

Hi,
Try to add more greeny leafy vegetables in your diet..mushroom,beetroot,potato,Animal liver,salmon,shrimps,Egg,dairy products,shell fish etc are the good source of vitamin B12..try to keep yourself hydrated atleast 12 glasses of water in a day

The main sources of vitamin B12 are Potatoes, Butter squash, Beet root, mushrooms, fortified cereals, salmon, eggs, milk and dairy products, etc. Rinse your mouth with a mouthwash or saltwater.
