As per your query, it's a recurrent ankle sprain, and the reason could be weakness in the ankle muscles. Since you are into sports, you need to build on endurance as well.
Next Steps
You need to visit a physiotherapist nearby for strengthening exercises for the ankle and knee. Agility training and propioception training will also be required.

Hello... The treatment depends upon the degree of ankle sprain. In most cases, we start with conservative treatment , that is rest, icing and exercises for strength and balance. Consult a Physiotherapist.

After your history,  i can predict  you have ankle instability  due to ligament  injury , you have to start vth strengthening  of ankle  muscles and after some time balance exercises and before playing  start vt plyometrics exercises. For atleast  6 weeks . In between  exercise program dont play any outdoor sport , if you want play tournament  (emergency) you can apply  tapping  (rigid) and play vth caution. After  6week exercise  program  physiotherapy  fails  you can visit your orthopedic  surgeon  for further  treatment.  Thank you
