Ankle sprain
I sleeped year ago and had ankle twist and sprain. I had physio treatment and was cure. But after 4 months, when did more walk or jogging or play cricket it start spraining again. Please help.

• Stretch Calves • Get a custom made insole. • Hams Stretching. • Sports Taping. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment ankle is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the ankle with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

start with progressive exercise and insure the loading to ankle in a Progressive way. Meet physiotherapist to learn , how to do exercises from level 1 to 10. You have to work on Strength Range Agility Proprioception.
