Ankle Injury
On 06.04.2018 While walking my  ankle got bent and it's paining. went to medical shop to get medicines. He gave Cipla's Moovex tablet and ankle binder/brace to support my ankle. used it more than a day and still no use. I don't know whether it got hurt to my bone or nerve. But it's still paining on medium touch and while walking on steps. Please help. Thanks in advance. One image is before using ankle braces. The other while using it.

Ur totally wrong n ur treatment procedure who gave u that ankle binder it is not ankle sprain u see the swelling instead of going to a doctor u went for a compounder which is a big mistake u did and now ur asking the answer when what u have done is totally wrong kindly do follow the RICE method it means Rest to ankle u need to apply ICe pack and use Compression bandage for It and it should be applied by a educated person who already know it or visit a physiotherapist who can help you and always keep the leg in ELevated position so that ur swelling subside u can remove that ankle binder give it back to the medical shop wala and get a compression bandage kindly visit a physiotherapist nearby
