Hello there,, Well for heel pain please refer my answer to similar queries on the forum...and for ankle pain you need to be a bit specific regarding the history and description of it.....bcos ankles can be swollen by a number of factors it could be simple muscle or bony problem or arch problem in foot...or it could be a more serious kidney or other systemic problem. So a detail checkup is required. Regards.
