I am getting angry over small things and start talking with people in a Sarcastic manner and ultimately hurting them...Even I think bad about other people and curse them. I started doing meditation recently but still get upset over something and ended up getting angry on the others and get into unnecessary arguments!! I always talks too much constantly on any topic irritating other people surround me. Can anyone help me what is the issue and how to cope up with this??

You need to actually check where from this irritability is coming which is making you angry later on.Sometimes there are external factors which make you angry and sometimes some intra psychic conflicts.Whenever a person is angry there is an energy produced which needs to be channelised in productive ways, try some distraction techniques & relaxation exercises.

Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. Firstly, I appreciate you for seeking help for your concerns, it takes strength and courage. You've taken the first step in your mental health journey :) Anger can be due to various reasons such as workload, personal issues, interpersonal troubles, your personality, and considering this pandemic itself, it leads to uncertainty and anger. First thing, it is very important to identify why you feel this way. Whenever we are angry, there are usually other feelings going on underneath. It can be anxiety, guilt, annoyance, stressed, overwhelmed, frustration, insecurity, rejection, jealous, worried, bored, etc. All these feelings or state of being can lead to anger. Thus identifying the emotions that occurs along with your anger would help to identify the reason for your anger. You can seek professional help (therapy) because it would help vent your anger in a healthy way and in a safe space and also helps to identify the reason/cause for your anger. Meanwhile you can try journalling - writing down your thoughts or emotions while you're angry, to vent it out in a healthy manner.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist/therapist to manage your concerns. Hope this helps :) Take care!

Anger is a way of expression, when people show it up whenever they are upset.. When things aren't happening in the way they wanted to, or when people are not able to understand what you wanted to say.. I suggest you to seek a professional support to overcome this issue..
