Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. It looks like there is some subconscious resentment towards your mother about something that keeps making its way to her. We will have to create a safe space to see where this anger and resentment is coming from. This could also be some childhood resentment, who knows. It will keep coming till we go to the root cause and heal it in an emotionally safe space. Once the emotions are released these angry reactions will subside and you will come back to yourself and your relationships will also improve as a result of that. You’re a good human. Stay
Next Steps
I can work with you on your anger and resentment. Love and healing ❤️‍

Hi... Your issues appear to be more psychosocial in nature, so psychotherapy/counselling alone shall work well in your case. I believe something is troubling you at the back of your mind. Something that you have repressed, which is of value to you in some way. It can be anything, a loss of job, relationship, self esteem, family, friends, etc.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
