I have been feel angry and irritated and not happy towards life since more than a month now. Feel as if there is no happiness for me. I feel emotionally very down and not close to anyone

Try to find out the reason for being angry and irritable all the time. You can do this by writing down thoughts and talking someone close to you.
Once you understand the reason, you can work on that particular problem. For example, if the anger is due to expecting something from self , family or other people. Or if things are not happening the way you want.
You need to work on the factors within your control rather focusing on factors beyond control. This will help you to reduce anger.
