Anaemic - iron deficiency
I had been informed that my haemoglobin is 8 which later improved to 9 in Jan 2020. Now again I am feeling weekness from past one week. Kindly suggest me proper diet.

You can start with iron rich food during the day, likewise raisin water in the morning, fruits and seasonal vegetable during the day. Add vegetable juice in the evening, that will help you to boost up your metabolism rate. You can also start with mild walk.
